The STF experts should consider efficiency potentials in the areas of heating, sanitary, ventilation and air-conditioning technology as extensively as possible when planning the technical building services equipment. To this end, a comprehensive energy concept was first drawn up in compliance with the statutory requirements. In the new building, gas heat pumps were integrated for cooling and heating for a gliding temperature as well as the thermostatically controlled air inlets. With the help of STF Energy, it was possible to turn the new headquarters of the Fressnapf Academy into a modern and energy-efficient building.
