Conversion / Renovation
of the head office
For Sparkasse Lippstadt, STF Energy plans and accompanies the extension of the board area including event rooms and the energetic refurbishment of the main office during operation.
After an initial energy concept had been drawn up for both areas in 2014, based on the consumption values actually measured and a building simulation, the concept was immediately implemented by the technical planning department. The energy centres for heating, ventilation and cooling were renovated and supplemented by a new building control system.
In the future, the heating and cooling of the extension will be realised by means of gas heat pumps using the direct evaporator principle.
