My daily tasks:
My daily tasks include communication with the Federal Network Agency to coordinate frequency allocations and general contractor control / project coordination. In addition, I support the introduction of Abis Over IP on the planning side and order hardware and services from various international suppliers. In addition, I am the regional contact person for tool launches and optimizations.
That’s why I chose the STF group as my employer:
I chose the company because of the freedom that STF gives me. Due to the flat hierarchies in the company, there is always an open and pleasant working atmosphere between all levels. I also have the opportunity to get involved in various fields of activity and get to know various international customers. In addition, STF offers a comprehensive further training and development concept in order to further develop personal strengths.
This gives me a lot of pleasure with my job:
The most fun for me is the direct contact and the cooperation with the customer. Together we not only develop solutions and strategies for a successful network planning or a successful network expansion, but also implement them jointly and specifically in the company. Through the diverse projects and tasks, one gets to know new departments and areas again and again, so that one can always develop in a practice-oriented way and apply the knowledge about network structures across departments.
That is what makes a successful project for me:
Projects can only be successfully implemented if they are managed in the same way. For me, a successful project is characterized above all by the cooperation between the project team and the management level. Only when everyone has the same goal in mind can a project be successfully completed.
That’s what makes STF so special:
The STF distinguishes itself above all by the fact that each employee can work independently to a high degree. The flat hierarchies in the company make it possible to make decisions quickly and purposefully while maintaining a healthy balance between work and everyday life.
My greatest sense of achievement at work:
My greatest sense of achievement was the participation in an executive meeting, where I was able to present one of my projects and, together with the department heads of different groups, determined how to proceed. I was able to learn a lot not only personally, but also from a technical point of view.
This means innovation and technology to me:
For me, innovation and technology are the key factors for working in the future. With the current state of science in this field, the company of the future can be optimized. If techniques such as AI are used and applied at an early stage, it is possible to gain a head start in many areas and profitably exploit the advantages of technology.
